The Stone Jetty in Morecambe was built as a rail terminus to serve ferries in the 1800's according the the sign on the building you can see. I quite enjoyed the Promenade this evening, I was a little early for sunset and had the family with me so couldn't wait around, but there are some very promising locations for the future here.
Due to unforseen circumstances I didn't manage to get out with the camera today, although I did manage a 5 mile run in the dark off road with a head torch and a lot of mud which was exhilerating! So here is one of the moon setting between the pillars of the North Pier in Blackpool. I'm not being as strict with this project365, where I am able to publish one new image a day and not nessessarily have taken it today...

I went for a walk out with my Mum today on the canal in Carnforth. As I was composing this through the view finder I smiled to myself and thought the subject leant itself well to come under fire from the shrink ray!
