This is the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal. It serves and a cinema, theatre, cafe, restaurant and pub amongst other things. This is also the main venue for the Kendal Mountain Festival. I received my new Tamron 24-70mm lens today so thought I'd take it for a little test. The auto focus struggled in the dark I have to say with many of the images I took out of focus, but that was me being lazy and not properly checking as much as anything, especially as I was shooting at f / 2.8 for the images that were messed up. I've been manual focusing for the past week with the Samyang 14mm.
Auld Grey Town. I like the distortion of the buildings in this one, it reminds me of a painting I saw once… Can't recall where or by whom though.
